Capex Plans
A Capex Plan is intended to advise on anticipated items of expenditure in respect of re-occuring maintenance for the building fabric and to provide budget cost information for these items.
A Capex Plan can be used as a management tool for anticipated expenditure in forthcoming years to estimate Service Charge costs and covers works identified as requiring attention now and in the future, together with budget cost information therein.
