Ian Hyman BSc FRICS Building surveying department, before setting up this company has practised as a Chartered Surveyor for over 30 years. He started his career with the Department of Environment, overseeing the repair of public buildings, including Somerset House. For over twelve years he was an Associate Director of Gross Fine and head of their Building Surveying department.
Loy Gusthoff BSc MRICS ICIOB joined the practice in August 2008 after nearly three years with Watts & Partners, one of the largest property consultants within the UK. Prior to this, Loy was with Sprunt. He has also spent nearly 10 years with the London Borough of Southwark Building Design team and Building Control.
