Schedules of Dilapidations
At the end of a lease, the landlord is normally entitled to receive his building back from the tenants in good condition, ready to be re-occupied.

Snagging Inspections
When buying a newly built flat or house a snagging or defect list may be appropriate. We can undertake this type of survey.
