I have had a building survey undertaken by Ian Hyman & Co twice now, each time I wanted to move home. I would highly recommend their services, both for peace-of-mind and also for the possibility of negotiating the price of the property, based on expert understanding of the state of the building. Each time I have found the survey report to be clear, highly detailed and informative and have found Mr. Hyman and his team to be very helpful, efficient and most pleasant to communicate with.

We have used Ian Hyman when moving house twice now and would highly recommend. Very reassuringly through, and also understandable. Answered follow-up questions helpfully and explained things over the phone as well.
